Information you send us. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, business email, and message, plus any optional details you add: company, phone number, shipment mode, origin, destination, and timing. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes basic request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested in order to deliver the site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse. Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates technical signals from your browser to distinguish people from automated traffic.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and arrange the services you request.
- To keep records of our business communications.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website, including preventing spam and fraud.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers that process information on our behalf and only for the purposes above: Cloudflare (website hosting, security, and Turnstile) and Resend (delivery of contact-form messages to our team). Carrier registration is handled by RMIS on its own secure platform, under its own privacy terms.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Retention
We keep inquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, provide our services, and maintain business records, and then delete them in line with our normal practices and legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, along with the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, email contact@certainlogistics.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections to this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information such as payment details through the contact form.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
